Unfortunately not. Any meal changes or cancellations need to be processed before our Tuesday 1pm order deadline.
We only use fresh ingredients which are ordered as soon as the deadline elapses. Sustainability is one of the main principles and values here at Simmer Eats, so we only order what’s needed to minimise waste ♻️.
This means we have limited flexibility to make changes after the cut-off. If you're having any troubles, feel free to reach out to customer support team and we will help resolve this for you 🙂.
